Being a sim tech can be a challenge. Issues with broken manikins, space, scheduling, money and time make it difficult to train learners as effectively as you might like.
The OMS virtual reality system can help. One intuitive, world-leading VR platform allows you to deliver quality, standardized scenarios, 24-hours a day, on demand. This allows you have more time, fewer sceduling and space issues - and deliver immersive scenarios that learners love.

BENEFITS FOR SIMULATION TECHNOLOGISTS
PIONEER INNOVATIVE LEARNING TECHNOLOGY
Provide learners with cutting-edge VR scenarios to develop decision-making, clinical reasoning, critical thinking, communication and teamwork. Once set up, the OMS platform can be used with or without faculty - supporting group or individual learning to improve confidence and competence.
TRACK ENGAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE
Uncover new levels of insight into learner engagement, progress and skill development using our intelligent data and analytics platform. Faculty receive detailed feedback on learner strengths and areas for improvement in all scenarios. This identifies unmet learning needs, allows asynchronous debrief and facilitates mentorship.
SET UP EASILY, ANYWHERE
The OMS system can run on screen or in VR, providing immersion and accessibility. The standalone system is simple to set up and intuitive to use. Complete portability facilitates flexible use, to fit into your centre and can run across multiple sites to ensure learners can practice whenever they need to.
PROVE RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Deliver world-class scenarios at a fraction of the cost of physical simulation, then uncover new levels of insight into learner engagement, progress and skill development. Accessing ready-made faculty dashboards and comprehensive learner metrics allows you to quantify in detail your simulation activities - proving clear return on investment with no extra work.

Using either virtual reality headsets or standard computers, learners can engage with fully interactive, acutely unwell patients. They must manage the patient as in real life: diagnosing, instigating treatment and interacting with their interdisciplinary team against the clock.
The environment, patient and other team members are fully interactive, with conversation and physiology adapting to user actions and treatment. Users then receive personalized feedback, performance metrics and a guided self-reflective debrief.
